Built in the 1950’s, this three-bedroom character villa was restored to the highest standards, offering the ultimate in exclusive luxury accommodation. The Residence was again awarded Australasia’s Leading Luxury Hotel Villa 2017 in the 24th annual World Travel Awards.
This fit-out involved a full strip out of an existing 1956 3-story weatherboard accommodation unit and refurbishment to a superior standard to match the building’s heritage. With wooden wall panelling and ceiling batons and marble benchtops, The Residence was also updated with the latest technology that has been discretely and tastefully incorporated to ensure guests do not lack modern comforts.
We completed this project within a very tight time frame to a standard worthy of a five-star rating that will be a location for weddings, and accommodation for dignitaries and Presidential or Government members.
