This project is made up of multiple stages consisting of a large extension including fit-out, commercial kitchen fit-out and strengthening and fit-out work to the existing building.
Construction comprises a concrete slab on grade with structural steel framing, CLT timber and block structural walls. Cladding includes Resene Integra panel, Corton screens, Cedar, Hardies Titan Board and exposed block. The roof utilises 100mm Conqueror panel over a CLT timber substrate.
The impressive entry showcases exposed Glulam columns and beams with full height glazing and Cedar cladding behind. The programme is currently on time, on budget and is an impressive example of our ability to complete large, complex builds including structural timber construction.
