Contract Group can be contacted 24-hours a day for urgent maintenance repairs and will organise and manage all sub-tradesmen required to attend to the problem.

Obligation Free Estimates & Quotations

For small maintenance and repair jobs Contract Group’s experienced staff can often provide an estimate of cost over the phone.  If a more accurate price is required a Quantity Surveyor will visit the site to measure up the work required and provide a “no obligation – fixed price” quotation.  There is no charge for this service.

Alternatively the work can be undertaken on pre-agreed charge out rates for the hours worked plus material costs.
