Designed by Dalman Architecture, Pesacatore Restaurant is luxurious and modern, offering a minimalist approach to formal dining that is thoughtfully comfortable and uncluttered.
Finishes and linings were of the highest quality and attention to detail was paramount. Interior claddings included a specialist mirror design, timber panelling and designer wallpapers.
The initial program for the project was seven weeks which was subsequently reduced to five weeks. The tight time frame and strict noise restraints, combined with the many trades working in such confined work space posed a huge challenge for our interiors team. The finished product is a testament to their skill and hard work.
