The location of this project has dictated an extremely high level of coordination of subcontractors and attention to programming.
Fidelity House is a four storey office and retail building constructed with precast walls with precast / timber infill floors and lift. The third floor includes a mezzanine floor. Internal columns, stair and mezzanine balustrading, and the front entry consists of a mix of finishes including Bestwood Veneer, Decortech Acoustic board and Trespa and Eterpan refined linings.
The location of this project has dictated an extremely high level of coordination of subcontractors and attention to programming. The site is on a very busy road, and the building itself extends to all four boundaries making access to and movements around the site very challenging. Successful management of the tight access to and movements around the site was critical. Utilisation of our robust in-house programming, Quality Assurance processes and Health and Safety system ensured the successful delivery of this project.
Contract Construction coordinated with adjacent property owners, the local council, other authorities, consultants and subcontractors the delivery of this project on a very tight section with very limited access.
