Canterbury Earthquake
 On behalf of everyone in Telecoms Christchurch offices, I would like to personally thank you for the excellent work your team did to help get our offices cleared of debris and make things safe for the return of our staff. The extent of the earthquake damage, combined with the fact that our staff had been unable to return to their office for such a long time meant that many expected their workspace would be unrecognisable when they returned. Instead they were delighted to find that your team had done an extraordinary job of cleaning away the glass and dealing with the other broken or fallen items so that things were pretty much as they had left them. While this may seem like a small detail in the context of all that has happened, your efforts made a significant difference to helping our people get back some sense of normality in very trying circumstances.

At the Parish's September Vestry meeting it was unanimously requested that our thanks and grateful appreciation be expressed to you and all involved for your professional work on this significant restoration and earthquake strengthening project. The building has come through a major test of this work during the recent Canterbury earthquake. There is some minor damage but nothing compared to the devastating result for other buildings of a similar and even later vintage.

Corcoran French Firstly, both the client and we were very pleased with the final outcome of the Pescatore project. A 5 star restaurant requires a special attention to detail, and the time frame for construction was particularly tight. Added to this were the restricted hours for noise levels. All your staff were a pleasure to work with, and the open channels of communication resulted in any issues being solved before they grew into serious problems. I felt the construction project was handled professionally and I would be happy to work with Contract Construction again.

Railway Hotel, Hokitika Contract Maintenance have been undertaking responsive and programmed building maintenance services on behalf of Transfield Services since 2004. During this time they have met Transfield Services, and it's clients expectations, both in timeliness, responsiveness and quality of work. Building Maintenance for Telecom The ceiling tiles were replaced as requested. The service man was quick, efficient and very courteous - he is an asset. Thank you very much, our shelf has now been fixed (better than it was originally). Please pass on to the contractor how efficient and helpful the "fix-it man" was.
