The Team

Contract Group was founded by Peter Jamieson; an Associate Member of the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors and Peter van Eekelen; former President of the Canterbury Registered Master Builders Association. Peter was also a member of the Federations Board of Directors.

Every Contract Group project is allocated a dedicated management team to ensure that the client has direct access to information as it relates to the agreed construction programme.

The client’s main point of contact is generally via the appointed Construction Manager, who has overall responsibility for the project. The Site Foreman is responsible for the day to day running of the project and reports to the Construction Manager.

Contract Group employs five dedicated Quantity Surveyors who are responsible for pricing and administering the Company’s building projects to ensure that they are completed within budget.
